Education is important to us! In expanding on our commitment to foster and promote a culture of continuous learning within COR, our Board of Directors has created an Academic Bursary for employees who are pursuing higher education. This bursary will be awarded to an employee who is actively employed at COR and has completed their probationary period.

Year of Study: Open to all

Criteria:

The academic bursary will be presented to an employee of COR who meets the following criteria:

Is actively at work supporting a minimum of fifteen (15) hours per week.
Has successfully completed their three (3) month probationary period.
Answers the question: How will your field of study enhance your learning, professional development and work at COR?
Answers one (1) of the following two (2) questions: 1) Describe how you nurture/foster a culture of gentleness (i.e: within your team, the people you support, colleagues, and family members)? 2) How has Gentle Teaching transformed the person you are or aspire to be? (approx. 500 words)
Receives one (1) Academic Reference Letter.
