Jim TempleChief Operations Officer
Born and raised in Regina, Jim has completed a Master of Arts in Leadership (specialization in values) from Royal Roads University. Beginning his career in the financial services sector, Jim quickly realized he found greater personal satisfaction helping others through volunteering with Big Brothers of Regina and sharing how great the Green Bay Packers are. Jim began working with COR upon its inception in 2009 and has served at all levels of the organization. He has also completed the Values Based Leadership and Corporate Social Innovation graduate certificate programs at Royal Roads University.

Michael LavisChief Executive Officer
Michael relocated to Regina in July 2009 to become COR’s founding CEO. A strong believer of continuous learning, Michael has completed a MA in Leadership (specialization in values), MA in Human Security and Peacebuilding, along with Values Based Leadership and Corporate Social Innovation graduate certificate programs. Serving as Co-Lead of the provincial Person Centered Culture Committee and a member of the Saskatchewan Disability Strategy’s Citizen Consultation Team, he is passionately committed to strengthening the disability services sector and to forge out new beginnings for the province’s most vulnerable citizens.
