The Workbook Series was a pilot project initiated by COR in 2011. Passionate about health promotion, COR sought to improve the knowledge of both our supports and individuals served through the creation of six (6) interactive workbooks centered on the following Health and Wellness themes: Nutrition, Physical Activity, Hydration, Sleep, Personal Hygiene and Personal Safety.
These books are free to download and are intended for supports and individuals to work through together, challenging one another to improve their knowledge of health and wellness. Are you up for the challenge?

As part of COR’s comprehensive benefit plan, employees are entitled to enrollment in an Extended Health and Wellness Plan through Saskatchewan Blue Cross. This plan covers a range of benefits including: Coverage for Prescription Drugs (80%); Provision to access various Health Practitioners (Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, Registered Massage Therapist, Naturopath, Registered Psychologist, Speech Therapist, etc.); Travel Health Insurance; Critical Illness Coverage; Eye Exams; Diabetic Supplies and Equipment; Hearing Aids; and much more.
As an added benefit, COR introduced an Employee Fitness Bursary to promote healthy lifestyles. COR employees are entitled to $100.00/year for membership or ongoing participation in fitness activity.
