💚 It’s CMHA Mental Health Week (May 5–11), and this year’s theme is Unmasking Mental Health.

So many people feel the need to hide what they’re going through — to put on a brave face just to get through the day. But the more we hide, the heavier it gets.

This week, we’re reminded that it’s okay to be real. To talk about what’s hard. To check in — with ourselves and each other. When we lead with care and compassion, we create space for connection, healing, and hope. 💚
