💚 It’s CMHA Mental Health Week (May 5–11), and this year’s theme is Unmasking Mental Health.

So many people feel the need to hide what they’re going through — to put on a brave face just to get through the day. But the more we hide, the heavier it gets.

This week, we’re reminded that it’s okay to be real. To talk about what’s hard. To check in — with ourselves and each other. When we lead with care and compassion, we create space for connection, healing, and hope. 💚

❤️ Today, we honour Red Dress Day — a national day of remembrance and action for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirited People (MMIWG2S+).

This year’s theme, "Reclaiming Power and Place: Improve Our Support Systems," calls us to confront hard truths and commit to real change.

At COR, we stand in solidarity — remembering those we’ve lost, supporting those still searching, and continuing to listen, learn, and advocate. Every life matters. Every voice deserves to be heard.
