Looking to have an adventurous Summer? Well look no further, we found the BBQ for you! On Sunday, June 22nd COR is hosting a BBQ, and your family and friends are invited! Please RSVP by Friday, June 20th if you are planning to attend. We sure don’t want to run out of hotdogs like we did two years ago! Ha!

The 2025 theme for Black History Month is: “Black Legacy and Leadership: Celebrating Canadian History and Uplifting Future Generations.” This theme acknowledges the diversity of Black Canadians, the importance of Black leadership and the legacy being built for future generations. Black communities are diverse at many levels!

On this occasion, we had the pleasure of hearing @munadeciman story of immigration, resilience and how she’s giving back to the community.

Vinolia Apakoh, business owner of Akwaaba Foods, (and also an incredible presenter herself) catered the event!

Last week, our 100 Acts of Kindness campaign took a heartfelt turn as we focused on making, baking, and spreading love through the simple act of sharing a loaf of bread. It was a week of connection, with kindness rising like dough. 🍞
