We’re Hiring: Financial Controller
Creative Options Regina is looking for a Financial Controller to join our team!
This role is ideal for a hands-on financial leader who enjoys balancing day-to-day operations with big-picture thinking. You’ll work closely with the CFO to support financial reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement across the organization.
In This Role, You’ll:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audits
- Ensure compliance and strengthen internal controls
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals
You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years of accounting or financial management experience
- CPA designation (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- A collaborative and proactive mindset
