Roger enjoys the people he works with at Farm Credit Canada ( @fccagriculture ) and the different ways his role lets him contribute.

One part of his work he’s especially proud of is helping prepare computers through an FCC community initiative before they’re sent out to schools. It’s one part of his role that makes the work especially meaningful to him.

Throughout DEAM, we’re celebrating 4to40 employees like Roger and the workplaces where people can feel connected, supported and proud of their work.

4to40 is highlighted by the Government of Saskatchewan ( @skgov ) in a story recognizing Disability Employment Awareness Month and the importance of inclusive employment across the province!

The feature shares how 4to40 works alongside individuals who experience intellectual disabilities and employers to help create meaningful, lasting employment opportunities.

At the heart of that work are the relationships, support and connections that help people feel valued in the workplace and give employers the tools to build more inclusive teams.

For Magan and Jaime, feeling good at work comes down to the people around them and being part of a team where they feel understood, accepted and supported.

At Regina Police Service ( @reginapolice ), both bring something uniquely their own to the workplace. Magan brings a positive, kind presence to the team, while Jaime’s sense of humour has a way of making the day a little brighter.

Their supervisor, Laura, sees the difference they make every day: “They each bring something special in their own way, and they are truly a great asset to our team!”

Magan and Jaime are two of the many 4to40 employees we’re highlighting during DEAM, each showing what meaningful, inclusive employment can look like in the workplace.
